Customer Care Representative
As a saying it’s as old as the seas, but if we don’t care for our customers someone else will. Our after sales service is crucial to our success and you’ll play your part by efficiently helping our customers maintain their policies and help them understand the cover we provide.
On top of achieving departmental and personal targets you’ll play an
active role in developing new ideas and procedures, contributing to the
culture of our brand and business. Flexible, organised and methodical
you’ll have good all round communication skills coupled with a
proactive, customer focused approach.
