Our call centre recruitment process
Your journey starts with a telephone interview - this is really important as you'll be talking to our customers all the time.
If you're successful at this stage, we will ask you to come into an assessment centre. The assessment isn't anything to worry about! You'll introduce yourself, sit a small aptitude test and take part in two group exercises. We think this is a much better way to recruit as it gives you a chance to relax and be yourself. If you're successful at this stage, we'll have a chat to you face to face to find out some more about you.
Hopefully, the next stage will be us welcoming you to the team!
If you don't quite make it this time, you can apply again, but not for three months.
